Purchase of this license will grant the agreement between Ella Records ("Licensor") and Know Your Place Film LLC, 6411 NE 190th St, Kenmore, WA 98028 (and its licensees or assignees) (collectively referred to as "Licensee") with respect to the Master Use & Publishing Synchronization License granted in connection with the use of the recording "Beal Kebero" Hazeki Libey " Tsigabey ("Recording") and the composition embodied therein in the theatrical motion picture entitled "Know Your Place" (which, together with all trailers (including, without limitation, video trailers), advertisements and clips therefrom, shall herein be collectively referred to as the "Picture").
